Teitoku wanted to feel the taste of tea, coffee, and whatever else he could get his hands on to try. Having only recently reacquired a proper body made of matter not of his own meant he needed to get back into the normal habits.
However, the Spare Plan had never anticipated a girl to greet him. He had seen people meandering inside at a glance, however of all people, a girl of whom looked barely old enough to work, was the last person he’d assume to meet him.

◣ ✿ ◥ So he did just want food then? No, there was still something odd about him; Kyouka had spent too much time honing her senses to such nuances that she couldn’t dismiss it as a false alarm. For the time being, she’d go along with it because there was no reason to start a fight over a hunch.
“I like the tofu,” she stated, “and the rest of the menu, but I like the tofu dishes the best.” It was a recommendation, not something she necessarily assumed other people would like–but why would it be on the menu if it didn’t sell? Either way, as her people skills were a bit lacking, she just hoped he found the answer useful in some way. She hadn’t yet gotten the chance to eat everything off the menu, but after officially joining the Agency, that should soon change.
