She likes to read fact books about topics she likes (i.e. flowers) or skills she wants to learn (i.e. cooking), but lately, she’s been reading more mystery novels to go along with her new job.
20: Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them?
Kyouka was a healthy child who didn’t get sick often–the occasional cold and she got the flu maybe once, but her immune system took care of the rest.
42: How far did they get in formal education? What are their views on formal education vs self-education?
Her parents home-schooled instead of sending her to an actual school because they didn’t want her out in the public more than necessary due to their own risky professions. They weren’t always around, so sometimes she was left to study with a tutor or by herself. This, of course, only lasted until she was eleven. In the mafia, Kouyou probably taught her stuff, but otherwise, she just read on her own. She’s never thought about her opinions on the matter.
49: Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not?
No. She’s afraid that she won’t live up to the promise that she made to the ADA, and if she has to die to keep it–well, it’s already been proven that she’s willing to do just that. Living is more favourable, but she doesn’t fear death; in fact, part of her still feels she deserves to be punished for what she did while in the mafia.
◣ ♔ ◥ Kyouka had a rather large collection of rabbit toys while in the mafia too, but they got left behind after she deserted because no way in hell would she risk going back for them, although she misses all of them.
◣ ♔ ◥ Typically, Kyouka doesn’t use people’s names or anything when talking to them (really, she only says names when she’s talking about them to someone else), but if she’s tired, distracted, or stressed enough, she’s more likely to call people she’s close to by titles (i.e. big bro/sis, etc.).
Kyouka’s good at memorising information quickly. It’s a natural skill that she’s refined; if it’s something she needs to know, she only has to see/hear it once before she has it locked in.
As for nonessential information, well, her memory for it isn’t perfect, though not terrible either–just slightly better than average, perhaps.
When she gets new plush rabbits, she sometimes models them after Agency members by getting them similar clothes or accessories. Generally, if she’s planning to do this, she’ll ask said Agency member to help come up with a name for the rabbit.
She has tea parties with her rabbits. Demon Snow isn’t allowed to attend them.
◣ ♔ ◥ An important note: Kyouka does not hero-worship Atsushi. She does not see him as “the ultimate saviour/sole bringer of light/etc.” and is not blind to his flaws and does not think of him as some perfect entity. She respects him a lot, yes, but it’s because he’s flawed that she does. Because, despite the fact that he’s naive and does dumb things, he still managed to help her and many others.
◣ ♔ ◥ Headcanon that Kyouka practices throwing knives whenever she gets the chance, and mostly uses Demon Snow as her target when it’s moving on its own. Even if it’s lurking, say, right behind Atsushi, she still doesn’t hesitate to fling sharp objects in his direction. If asked, she’d give the excuse that “she needs to be able to hit an enemy behind him in case the situation comes up in battle.”

Below the surface everyone is pretty complicated. Based on your answers, we think the following three traits are important strands in your personality:
Neediness
Being affirmed and nurtured by others is a central requirement for you to feel safe. This means you can be slow to warm up to other people, which is difficult because what you most need from them is their warmth. Yet you know how to be vulnerable: to let down your defenses and accept that you need another person. This lack of pretense is a valuable trait, and ultimately more endearing than the macho efforts others make to deny their childlike sides.
Reverence
One part of you dreams of giving yourself up – perhaps just for a while – to a hero or mentor. In the right circumstances you can flourish by letting go of your ego. In your inner life, reverence plays out as a willing submission to your own conscience. In the outside world, you might get frustrated searching for something worth believing in – a country, a person, a company – but you will always be open to feeling respect, admiration and wonder.
Sensitivity
You have delicate, sensitive perceptions; you can be deeply moved by appearances – the right light in a room, or good food, or the texture of a piece of clothing. Expressive, intelligent language has a powerful hold on you; your mind works better when it is inspired and provoked by vivid imagery. It can be sad to live in a world which is often so ugly and not properly looked after. But you know that things can be otherwise, and you have the ability to appreciate the world at its best.
◣ ♔ ◥ Whenever Kyouka sees Chuuya, she’s just like, “Oh yeah, there were people in the mafia I actually like(d).” Since he’s motherly and nurturing and since they were both close to Kouyou, I imagine that he took good care of her, whether they spent much time together or not. So she feels conflicted now, after deserting, because on one hand she’s terrified of going back to the mafia again, but on the other… lowkey big bro…
